CX Cloud Mobile

CX Cloud is a one-stop platform that combines Cisco expertise and best practices with telemetry, AI/ML-driven insights, use cases, and contextual learning. This platform helps Cisco customers adopt and optimize any Cisco technologies, provide contextual learning, manage asset inventory and coverage, and view all TAC cases and security advisories, field notices, and bugs in one place to help customers make data-informed decisions.

My team and I worked specifically on the mobile version of CX Cloud. We worked closely with the desktop team and other stake-holders to create a seamless connection between desktop and mobile for customers.

What are some things I’ve worked on?

  • Designed IA outlines, analyzed research studies, performed audits on licensing desktop designs, developed interaction flows, and created mobile exploration screens for the mobile version of CX Cloud Licensing.

  • Analyzed research studies and designed exploratory concepts for the "Mini Dashboard," enabling customers to quickly view a snapshot of their assets, cases, and licenses from a single screen. Each section allows users to dive deeper for more detailed information as needed.

  • Conducted initial audits of all CX Mobile desktop facet designs within the development environment. Based on these evaluations, I adapted and refined interactions, translating them into mobile-optimized designs that either mirrored the desktop experience or introduced improved mobile-specific solutions.

  • Led comprehensive design updates for the CX Cloud Mobile file, enhancing colors, icons, and organization while updating screens to integrate components from the latest component library. Introduced structured methods for tracking design changes, enabling designers and developers to communicate updates efficiently. Collaborated closely with product designers, content designers, design system leads, project managers, and engineers to establish a shared, accessible file for all stakeholders.
